Mader is looking for experienced Mobile Equipment Boilermakers who are ready to stay local, sleep in their own bed, and still get hands-on with big gear — from diggers and dozers to drill rigs and haul trucks.

If you’re based in Perth and happy to drive around the metro area, we’ve got consistent, interesting work and a crew that backs each other.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Bucket, tray, and attachment repairs – including crack testing, lip/shroud replacement, wear packages, and GET swaps

• On-site maintenance and minor rebuilds on heavy mobile equipment

• Working across a variety of machines: loaders, graders, dozers, haul trucks, diggers, drill rigs

👷 What We’re Looking For:

• Australian trade-qualified Boilermaker

• MEM experience essential – ideally with brands like CAT, Hitachi, Komatsu, Liebherr

• Able to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A screen
