Mader Group USA is seeking experienced Drill & Shovel Mechanics with 3–5+ years of hands-on experience working on heavy mining equipment to support our field service operations across multiple U.S. sites. If you’re a strong all-rounder who takes pride in high-quality diagnostics, repairs, and machine uptime — we want to hear from you.
This role is ideal for mechanics who want variety, exposure to different mine sites, and the opportunity to grow their skillset across multiple OEMs and environments.
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of experience maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting heavy mining equipment
- Strong working knowledge of drill and shovel systems, including:
- Atlas Copco / Epiroc drills (DM series, Pit Viper exposure preferred)
- Sandvik drills and support equipment
- General hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems across mobile mining fleets
- Experience with component changeouts, breakdown repairs, and planned maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability in field environments
- Ability to work independently across remote or rotating mine sites
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screening
